each one shaped by a stage of grief:

Denial. Anger. Bargaining. Depression. Acceptance.

Not as steps to be followed,

but as terrains we return to, circle through, and sometimes become.

Denial is the stillness of what we refuse to see.

Anger is the storm that breaks the ground open.

Bargaining is the place where shadows speak in ifs and maybes.

Depression is the valley where light dims to a whisper.

Acceptance is not an ending, but a horizon. Quiet, spacious, infinite.

Light and darkness drift, fracture, reconcile across each canvas,

just as they do within us.

You do not move past grief.

You learn to carry it.
